You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BoxLark.com, including its members, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and subcontractors, from claims or damages arising from customer actions or unproven printing claims related to products requested by customers. (a) violates any legal protection of any individual; (b) includes events that are malicious, abusive, or foul; and (c) are the results of unauthorized access to any password-protected area of our website. You shall compensate and hold us safe from any loss, harm, destruction, or vandalism which arises because of any claim (1) safeguard the company against any asserts (2) tip any verdict award; and (3) pay us for any judicial fees and expenditures which are involved.

The company will not be liable for any accident, death, hazardous event, damage, or hold up of any sort of its workers, employees, marketing staff, media members, and relevant authorities, which is caused by either the usage of our website through the received information, or in case any party was made aware of such a possibility of damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, including but not limited to negligence, arising from this agreement or your use of our website, exceed the amount paid by you to BoxLark.com for the order or request.

Payment Order Placement and Cancellations

All our products' prices are listed in USD (U.S. dollars). Orders must be paid in the same currency through an authenticated and approved payment method. Orders are processed once the total payment, including taxes and shipping charges, has been received.

To place an order, customers must provide the final design or product specifications, either as electronic files or hard copies. Once the final proof has been approved, the printing tasks are sent to our press department to begin production. No changes to timing, design, or product specifications are allowed at this stage.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours after proof approval. This will acquire a cancellation fee of $25 and 5% of the total payment as a processing charge. Customers also have the option to cancel their order after the 24-hour window, but this comes with a cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment to account for the resources and time already invested in production. However, the company doesn't guarantee that one can cancel their order after the 24-hour time limit.

Returns and Refunds for Your Orders

In this policy, you will learn about our return timelines, the strict rules for final-sale custom items, and how to report any damage or defects.

Non-Customizable Orders:
We accept returns and exchanges for non-customizable orders within 180 days of receipt. The product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team and returned by mail at the customer's expense. A 10% restocking fee of the product price will apply to all accepted returns.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made orders are crafted to your unique specifications and cannot be resold; therefore, all sales are final. However, if we determine a defective product, we are committed to replacing or discounting it.

Here are the terms for inspecting and reporting any issues:

  • Any visible damage, defects, or reductions must be reported immediately upon receipt and noted in the transport document or other applicable documentation. If shipping damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 3 days.
  • Issues with dimensions, artwork, or any other production defect must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
  • If a replacement is deemed necessary, the customer must return 100% of the defective product at their own expense within 180 days of delivery.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns, exchanges, or reorders.
  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of returns, applicable restocking fees, and resolutions based on the product and specific circumstances.

Design Orders

BoxLark.com does not allow any refunds for design services orders. The customers have no choice but to cancel the order in case of design services, and the total payment will be non-refundable.

Sales Tax Policy

Customers who order from within the state of IL have to pay sales tax, too. The company needs to see your tax exemption certificate at the time of placing your order in case you are tax-exempt.

Customers Submitted Artwork/Files

Our artwork designers use the provided artwork of the users from our website to create new designs. The company requires your artwork files in 300 dpi (dots per inch) in the final form and CMYK format. If you provide the files in other font sizes and not with CMYK format, the company will not be considered responsible for printing blurred, exaggerated, or printing different than your demand.

The customers who place an order are to be blamed if the printed work is not what they expected due to the orientation or sequence of the placed order. The company's employees take all possible precautions to avoid the loss of our customers; BoxLark.com is not responsible for the loss of your printed orders. Once you upload artwork or any files to our website, you ensure that the posted material is your property under the law.

The company reserves the right to decline an order that, in our opinion, is considered unlawful or violates third-party rights. When you place an order as a customer, you accept complete liability for the material created in your direction. BoxLark.com has the authority to decline any order without giving a reason. It is to inform you that the company doesn't print anything offensive, indecent, or abusive.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

To begin production, please send us your final designs via an electronic file or hard copy. Our press department begins printing the moment you submit your formal approval agreement. As a customer, it is your responsibility to carefully review and finalize your proof. Please resolve any conflicting revisions promptly to avoid production delays, keeping in mind that the turnaround times listed on our website only take effect after we receive your final proof approval.

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly check your proof before signing off, looking closely at your original file for errors in spacing, copy, layout, punctuation, image placement, or text. Please note that digital proofs cannot display transparency issues, over-printing errors, or the color shifts that occur when converting files from RGB or Pantone to CMYK. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for the final appearance of printed products that are laminated.

Ultimately, You are fully responsible for your approved proof. An exact color match is impossible due to the natural limitations of the printing process and ink variations. By ordering, you agree to these technical limitations. We cannot offer free reprints or guarantee exact tones on standard prints, but you may order a physical hard proof for an additional cost to ensure perfect accuracy.

No Liability for Errors

BoxLark is not to be considered responsible if there are errors in the final printed product like spelling and grammar mistakes, font mistakes, graphics, punctuation, erroneous fonts, die lines, or cropping marks. Issues such as cracks in folds, overprinting errors, or differences in finished product size may occur. All packaging material is shipped flat and pre-assembled.

Gang Printing

Our company doesn't use the combined or gang printing technique for the majority of the printing products. According to the printing requirements of the company and customers, the company can use any printing technique that is well-suited to them.

Overruns Underruns

The company normally delivers the exact number of products ordered along with an extra amount. This extra amount of the product delivered is free of charge. In case fewer products are delivered or an underrun, the company will just deduct the amount of the delivered products. The company walks behind the general rule of delivering 5% extra or less quantity of delivered products.

Order Processing, Shipping Details & Delivery Terms

Your production and printing turnaround time begins once we receive your full payment, artwork files, and final proof approval, which must be submitted by 10:00 AM CST to count toward that business day.

Inside the USA, we deliver to any location with no weight or quantity limits, featuring a 5–7 day handling time and 4–5 days in transit for a total turnaround of 8–10 days, while shipping outside standard zones or international destinations will incur extra fees and require customers to clear all customs duties.

While BoxLark always strives for timely delivery, we are not legally liable for courier delays, transit damage, lost shipments, or uncontrollable disruptions like weather and customs clearance, meaning transit delays do not qualify for order cancellations or refunds.

Finally, if a printing error or delay occurs on our end, we will gladly reprint your order, though it cannot be canceled, and please note that providing an incorrect delivery address will result in additional shipping and handling fees for re-shipment.

Rush Order & Delivery Services

At BoxLark, we facilitate rush order processing for customers who require urgent service. This service comes with an additional urgent fee. As a trusted manufacturer of packaging, we always do our best to process and dispatch rush orders within the specified deadline.

However, delivery timelines cannot always be guaranteed, as occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reach. If an expedited order fails to be delivered within the promised duration, the urgent fee will be fully refunded to you. Note that, as all our products are custom-made, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Changes to our Website or Terms and Conditions

BoxLark.com has the authority to change any section of our website or Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to the customers of BoxLark.com. The new changes will be in effect as they become part of the terms and conditions of our website. If you keep using the website after new changes to the terms, it will be considered as your agreement to the new changes.
